# Community Vote

Xride is a Community-driven project where XRD holders have a real say and impact on the platform's future.

Community members are the main decision-makers in project development, And they can create proposals or participate in making different decisions.

This makes the whole ecosystem as decentralized as possible, making it almost impossible for the team to do anything without getting Community approval.

{% hint style="info" %}
The Xride team cannot make any major changes to the project without the permission of the Community members' Vote.
{% endhint %}

## What are the other advantages of the project?

### Relying on the collective wisdom*:*

Community members can collaborate by creating proposals and ideas to increase the platform's income because they share in the project's benefits.

More income for the platform, the possibility of paying more rewards, and making the foundations of the project more powerful

### Vote: Each XRD counts as one Vote

#### **Core:**

Proposals posted by the Xride team. The results will be actioned.

**Community:**

To avoid spam and hear the best proposals, only Xride VIP drivers and passengers can create/post proposals, and the rest of the community can vote on them.

This allows the Xride team to understand the community's perspectives and ideas better.

The Xride team evaluates each community proposal and selects any great ideas and designs with strong community support for future product releases.
